  1. Becky says:

Hey there! Woodman’s Food Market in Rockford, IL had been carrying your beers for as long as I can remember… At least a year maybe? You should put them on your beer locater!

    • GFbeer says:

      Hi Becky,

Thank you for the suggestion. We do not manage the store locator but have the ability to add locations when we know about them so we added your store. We’re glad you are enjoying our beers!

  2. kelly says:

I am a bar/grill in rye,ny and would like to carry your beer
could you tell me which company distributes it?

    • GFbeer says:

      Hi Kelly,

Thanks for checking with us. We are glad you are interested in offering our products to your customers. Our distributor for New York/Long Island is S.K.I. You can reach them at (718) 821-7200 or at

  3. dwayne henry says:

Where in Southern California is your Brown Ale sold?

    • GFbeer says:

You can use our beer locator to find distributors in your area. The Brown Ale is still on shelves until sold out but on hiatus from production for the time being. When you find it, stock up while you can; it will stay good in a cool, dry, dark place for quite a while for you.

  4. MJ says:

Are there any places in Ontario, Canada that sell New Planet beer? If not are there any plans in the future to make it available to Canadians? Thanks

    • GFbeer says:

      Hi MJ,

We are not in Ontario at this time. We are in AB and BC and of course across the boarder in New York, Michigan and Minnesota. :-)

  5. annette, noelcke says:

  7. John says:

I’m wondering why it seems every time I open a New Planet Amber it foams up as if it had been shaken but this is never the case. It seems to create a big reaction (head), much more than the Blonde or Brown ales.

And, do you have any advice to keep this from happening?

P.S. Please build a brewery in Raleigh! We could use a great GF brewery yet no one wants the expense of having a dedicated GF set up. I think if you build an East Coast brewery in Raleigh it would be a winner! 😉

    • GFBeer says:

John, we are having some issues with secondary fermentation in the bottles. I will email you separately to see if we can help find a resolution for you. Raleigh would be fun! We love North Carolina.

  8. Tyler gostynski says:

Hello. I recently tried your beer for the first time. I got a 4 pack of rasberry ale. The first beer i opened unshook and warm on thankgivings and it bursted everywhere leaving a mess. The second beer my girlfriend had at her families house most likley warm and that had the same reaction. One day later aftwr thanksgiving and i open the 3rd one and it also bursted with foam and sprayed!! Whats going on here!?

    • GFBeer says:

Hi Tyler, We are very sorry to hear about this. We have recently begun to hear of this problem and have been looking into it further. I will email you directly to see if we can help find a resolution for you.

  9. Sarah says:

Hi. I am interested in possibly carrying your beer at my restaurant, Vinny’s in frisco. Can you please tell me who my distributor is?

  10. Matthew Roselli says:

Your locate-beer webpage does not function in the latest version of Chrome. Please consider updating.

  11. Blnca says:

I would like to know where I can find some of your beer here in Alaska!? It will be wonderful to know.
    Thanks so much.

    • GFBeer says:

We are not sold in the great state of Alaska yet. Maybe in the future, but nothing in the works right now. We are sold in Canada in the Vancouver area.

  12. Mike Williams says:

Do you have a beer that is close to the taste of coors light .

    • GFBeer says:

Our lightest flavor profile beer is our Blonde Ale – while Coors Light is a Lager, all our beers are Ales, and offer a richer flavor for sure. If you go to “OUR BEERS” on our site, you can see descriptions of all the styles. We hope you find one you enjoy.

  13. jesse lugo says:

Who do you distribute through? I have clients asking for Gluten Free Beers.

    • GFBeer says:

We do not have any plans at this time for a “Light” beer, though as craft beer goes, our ales are lower in calories, than typical craft ales. All our Caloric information is listed on our bottle labels.

  16. Theresa Bibler-Party Time Liquor Inc says:

We NEED to get this product in South Dakota!! (Western side perferably) Please let me know if there is anything I can help with, as far as getting this product in SD. 17. Ashley S. says:

    Hello New Planet Beer Team.

I am contacting on behalf of Designer Stevie Boi. He is known as the designer to stars such as Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Madonna + many more.

Stevie is a huge fan of the New Planet brand. He has purchased I would say over 140 bottles for events within the last month. He uses the brand for his post celeb green room and also includes it in his demand list during his 13 city tour he is currently on.

Stevie was wondering if he can start some type of partnership with the company. He would love to promote the brand and bring more awareness during his presentations.

Stevie’s work is constantly featured on the cover of Vogue magazine and many major outlets. He would love possible sponsorship for his february show next year for mercedes benz fashion week. He would also like to use the Product bottle as a necklace at the end of the runway show or even decorated on his models to show sponsorship via photos and video.

He and I would love to speak with a rep to discuss possible collaboration.

We are planning to have a huge number of celebrities attend such as Whoopi Goldberg, Rihanna, & Lady Gaga (confirmed) our goal is to have a photo booth for the celebs to take images wearing Stevie eyewear and have your company logo as a backdrop or stamp.

Stevies fan base is rapidly growing.
Below in the footer of this email is his social media sites etc for reference.

    Thank you
    Ashley Slovakwich.

  18. Doug McDowall says:

Who is your distributor in the Little Rock Arkansas area ? I own a retail store and have had some requests for New Planet from customers seeking a gluten-free beer.

  19. Arlene Sugrue says:

Do you sell your beer anywhere in Canada?

    • GFBeer says:

At this time we have limited availability in British Columbia, and we are working on expanding the territory.

  20. Brian Degnan says:

I see you use corn extracts in your gluten-free beer. I was wondering if your products are free of genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

    Thank you,

    • GFBeer says:

The ingredients section on OUR BEERS is up-to-date and shows that there are no longer any corn products in our beer. We moved to ALL GMO-FEE ingredients in 2014. Our labels are being updated as well to reflect the change.

  21. Dale Davis says:

I have tried 4 of your beers.
I like brown ale the best, pale ale the least didn’t care for bitter after taste, amber ale is ok but need a little more zip. Blonde second best. Haven’t tried Belgian or raspberry. Only local was amber the rest were about 45miles away. This was for trial only. I like brown better than redbridge.
    Dale Davis

  22. peter inserra says:

did the utica (ny) zoo brewfest last night and wanted to let you know your raspberry ale was an oustanding success. we only had 2 cases but they went in about 2 hours with many people coming back for more walking away disappointed that we didnt have any. we explained it to everyone at first but word must have spread because people were coming up with their glass asking for the raspberry beer without asking what we had or what gf brewing was about!

  23. Hi, we are a Big Craftbeer Reseller in Austria Vienna and i want to order Beers from you, can you Export your Products and if you have a Reseller Pricelist ?

    Greets from Vienna

    Christian Wagner

    • GFBeer says:

We are not currently exporting our beer, outside North America. Thanks for your interest in our beer.

  24. Mike S. says:

I recently purchased a 6-pack of your Belgian Ale for a pricey $12.00, and found it to be pretty much un-drinkable. It is terrible. I was greatly disappointed and feel somewhat ripped off given the high price I paid. Opened one bottle, took a couple of sips, and poured the rest of the bottle down the drain. Don’t know what I’ll do with the other five bottles, but you can be sure that I will not be drinking them. I usually don’t complain, but this time I just had to say something. It’s just that bad.

    • GFBeer says:

We are sorry to hear of your experience. We can only assume you some how got a bad six pack. Please email, so we can better address the situation, and see what we can do to help you have a better experience.

  25. Raphael says:

Hi – any Australian sales outlets or do you ship to Oz?

  26. bernadette says:

My husband has recently been diagnosed with Celiacs disease, and the hardest part for him this summer will be giving up his beloved Budweiser. I have asked some GF beer drinkers and they all recommend New Planet! But you have so many choices! I am not a beer drinker, but I want him to be happy with a GF beer choice – can you tell me which of your flavors is closest to traditional Budweiser? thanks for the help –

  27. While you are all about new planets, please give some love to a planet that needs your help. 61% of respondents in a recent poll (and I can provide the link) think Pluto should be replanetized. One of the leading planetary scientists in the world lives in Boulder and is leading NASA’s New Horizons mission to Pluto, set to fly past the beloved icy orb on Bastille Day 2015. I think a pilsner or lager in honor of the cold world would go over very well. By the way, Pluto is 2/3rds the size of the Moon. Thanks.

  28. Sc'Eric says:

So, seriously… what’s up with the distinctly obvious refusal on the part of GF breweries to make Belgian Sours, German Gose and Rauchbier styles? You know, something intensely flavorful–like the “real” beer we used to drink–but without all those West-coast hops. It seems with all the sorghum and brown rice flying around, that these three styles (particularly the Flanders sour) would be no-brainers.

    • GFBeer says:

The gluten free beer category is still in its early years. Brewing 100% gluten-free beer is not an easy thing to do. As it is our six current styles mark us as the most diverse brewer in the market. As we continue to push the boundaries, we are sure to build some new styles. Thanks for your comment.

  29. Megan Cobb says:

Hi, I’m newly gluten free and am interested in testing out some of your products. Do you have any coupons that I could receive in the mail?

    Thank you for being allergy-friendly!

    • GFBeer says:

Cheers for reaching out to us Megan. We are not able to send any samples out, but we would be happy to send you coupons, if you live in a state that allows them. Please email with your address, and the subject line “Coupons.” and we will see what we can do to help.

  30. Z says:

    Hello – do you make a 40?

Hi there! Do you think, you guys will produce gluten free non alcoholic beer in near future or do you know if I can find somewhere in the States? Thank you very much! Ahmet

  32. P. Flo. says:

Is New Planet available in cans? I spend lots of time in the wilderness and bottles aren’t good out there. Thanks!

    • GFBeer says:

We are not yet canning our beer, though we do have hopes to one day provide canned options.

  33. Amanda says:

Are any of your beers gmo free? As in ALL ingredients and additives contain zero gmo’s?

    • GFBeer says:

We are proud to say that all our beers now qualify as GMO free. All corn products have been removed from our recipes in 2014. We are working on official certification.

  34. Josh says:

I currently carry your new planet pale ale and rasp. but am having troubles ordering it. can you let me know who your rep is in Vancouver BC Canada?

  36. Hi, We are interested in selling one or more of your beers at the Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant in Lone Tree, CO. Who is your distributor? Can we set up a tasting or get a sample pack of your beers?

  38. Olivia Treanor says:

Do you ship to Ireland or UK??

  42. Julie Downey says:

I am wondering how close to the Canadian Border you deliver your beer?
Or do you know a store near the New York/Buffalo Niagra Border
Or the Windsor Detroit Border which sells a selection of the gluten free beers you sell?

  43. Bette Layman says:

We are REALLY missing the Tread Lightly Ale and cannot find it. IF you changed the name, what is it? Your other beers are not satisfactory and we REALLY want the Tread Lightly beer back. Thanks.

  44. Maureen says:

I was wondering if your beer is sold in Ontario, Canada? We really need some good gluten free beer in Ontario.

    • GFBeer says:

We are not currently distributed in Ontario, Just BC and Central Provinces at this time. We are hoping to make it all the way east soon.

  45. Barbara Gaston says:

Our distributor in North Carolina is Tryon Distributing – 4701 Stockholm Ct Charlotte, NC 28273
      (704) 334-0849

  47. Dan Pope says:

I live in Longmont and have come to really like your beer. Traveling here to San Diego, your website indicates that I can find New Planet beer at Sprouts in Carlsbad, CA. Sadly, the Sprouts in Carlsbad does NOT carry it and the manager had never even heard of New Planet. Very disappointed….I had to drink red bridge………

    • GFBeer says:

Unfortunately our LOCATE file is being updated, sorry for the confusion. If you are still in the area, Whole Foods Encinitas is carrying our beer, as is in the Sprouts on El Camino Real. Cheers.

  48. Im trying to find a distributor for your beer in washington state, we are a small organic, raw food restaurant and would love to carry your beer. Please let me know if you have any, Thanks

  49. Jodi says:

I just tried the tread lightly ale. My question is the calories on the 12 oz bottle is 179 calories but your web page says it has 125 calories. Could you let me know which one is correct. Thank you

  50. Bob says:

When are kegs going to be available?

  51. Werner says:

    Hi New Planet,

My research has brought me to your website – which I am very happy about.

6 months ago I discovered that I am highly allergic to barley… which makes me very sad.. no more ending a long day with a cold one.. no more enjoying a beer with the boys..

Thing is I am in Cape Town South Africa… Very far from the US.

Here in Cape town home brews are exploding, everyone is brewing, startups popping up left, right and center.. “slowmarkets” becoming an beer tasting adventure, local taverns adding 3,4,5 new taps of local beer competing against the giant SAB (2nd bigest brewery in the world). Sad thing is none of these new brewery’s has a gluten free beer.. I have made contact with them regarding the matter. They are either not interested or they are in the early stages of experimenting.

What I want to know is if there is any possibility for me to get my hands on your gluten free beer?

    • GFBeer says:

Thanks for reaching out to us Werner. At this time we do not have plans to export to South Africa. We wish you the best in your search. The good news is that every day, it seems, the GF options increase around the world, who knows maybe a new option will be there for you soon.

  52. Duane says:

Your locator shows that you will be in Wisconsin in 2013. Do you know when exactly and what distributor?

    • GFBeer says:

We are expecting to ship our first beers in June/July. We will be carried by General Beer. We will be making an “official announcement” as soon as the beer ships! Cheers :)

  53. Please see our review of your Gluten free beers-GFBs-which will be posted to our website later. We will also talk about the beers on our podcast, beginning this weekend.

    All the best.

Change the world, just do it with a decent beer in your hands!

    • GFBeer says:

Thanks for the great review! We posted your Blog to our national Facebook Page and will be sharing via our site. Cheers! :)

  54. Colman says:

Where are your beers brewed? Do you brew yourself or contract brewing?

    • GFBeer says:

We are brewed and bottled by Fort Collins Brewery,Fort Collins CO, but all of our recipe development and small batch beers are brewed at New Planet Beer, Boulder Colorado. For more information, please contact

  55. Chris S says:

I was wondering where to contact about employment? I live in Colorado and I am currently considering a career change. Any information would be much appreciated.

  56. Tica Sansook says:

SO we are Full Sail University students studying Video Game Art! In Orlando, FL. During some intense work sessions and especially after, we like to enjoy wonderful tasting beers. I was really excited to find your company online and can’t wait to give you guys a try. My boyfriend is from the Springs so anytime I surprise him with brews from CO it takes care of that homesick feeling :) Especially if its a wonderful well-made brand. We both are very health conscious so a true gluten free is fascinating!

Keep up the hard work and sending you guys awesome positive energy haha!

    • GFBeer says:

Thanks Tica! We do have distribution in the Orlando area. If you go to our website and click the LOCATE BEER icon, you should be able to type in your zip code and find the nearest store. Good luck, and cheers for enjoying our beers.

  57. Aaron says:

I love New Planet! Are you still producing the “Tread Lightly Ale”?

    • GFBeer says:

We are glad you are enjoying our beer. We are still producing “Tread Lightly Ale” But it has been renamed Blonde Ale – after all, they say, “Blondes have more fun!” Same great taste, just new improved look!

  58. Gabe says:

Who is your distributor in New Jersey?

  59. Darren says:

Thank you soo much for allowing me to be able to have a beer again..never was a big drinker but had a beer here and there when I was a few years younger and due to gluten intolerance cut it all out.My wife bought me a 6 pack of different gluten free beers and yours was by far the best of the bunch and better than beers that I had many years ago when I used to have one here and there. The ingredients of the Pale Ale are superior to anything and everything that I have researched over the past few years while dealing with my gluten intolerance and have no adverse reaction after drinking a couple.Thank you for making a quality product available for those of us who need a alternative.

  60. JeniferR says:

I’m very curious, wondering if you have any ideas (since you know all the secret ingredients :-) :-) For 7 years I loved wine until every grape, every house, every organic/non-organic and color gave me splitting headaches. Gave up wine and after a lifetime of drinking beer, just 2 a night gives me an all-day next-day headache. I’m thrilled that New Planet is delicious and I can drink my 2 a night and be headache-free – it’s fabulous!! I’m not Celiac, wine is gluten-free, but New Planet is the only alcohol I can drink without getting a headache. Is there some special anti-headache ingredient or just a (very) happy accident?

    • GFBeer says:

We are so glad that New Planet is part of your “happy place.” We will have even more flavor options for you soon!

  61. Natalie says:

You have Connecticut in green on your map but when I did the locate beer by the zip code there were no stores available in CT. Are you guys coming soon?

  62. Greg says:

Had some of your beer on vacation and fell in love with it. Please tell me when and where you plan to distribute in the Milwaukee Wisconsin area. I will be your best customer. Thanks

  63. antonio says:

new planet beer can you send me a ingredients list on all the beers of gluten free why i have intence gluten allergies to many things of wheat barley malt and gluten please
