Ingredients:  Sorghum, Brown Rice, Molasses, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Hops, and Yeast.

Hops: Simcoe & Sterling

ABV: 5.0%

IBU: 31

Serving Temperature: 40-45 F

 

Suggested pairings:  With the balance malt profile and notes of caramel and citrus, we suggest……

  • BBQ pork & brisket, lamb and game meat or smoked salmon
  • Milder & fuller flavored cheeses – Smoked Gouda, Manchego or even a Camembert/Brie
  • Veggie options: Eggplant or Portobello mushroom would be a great fit too
